OUR TEAM
Scott Tao
Scott has over 25 years of experience in architecture and residential building. After years of working in one of the most prestigious and leading architectural firm in the world, AECOM, he started to work on his own home residential projects. Scott has completed construction projects that are tailored to the sophisticated demand of the South Florida market while skillfully and imaginatively resolving challenging assignments.
Scott was raised in Brazil from a Chinese father and an American mother which gives him a unique vision in his design and building abilities. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Parsons School of Design in New York. He also holds his license contractor from Florida.
Stephane Cantarel
Stephane grew up in a construction and real estate family business in Morocco, which was established in 1943 and continues to thrive today. Stephane has been living in the United States since 1992 working for leading Fortune 500 companies and more recently for the University of Miami.
As an executive, Stephane has managed numerous complex projects and delivered them on a timely manners and within budget. Stephane’s main role at CTConstruction is in marketing and sales, client services and relations, and project logistic support. Stephane has a great understanding of the South Florida market where he has lived for almost 20 years.
Stephane holds a MBA from the University of Miami.
